Problem solve for TS-A25 canvas stretch machine pull hand rise up problem
If pull hand not rise up , please take off the tooth block betwem 2 cylinder ,
then push the pull hand far to outside cylinder, push the pull hand of inner cylinder to nearest .
Then install the saw tooth block back . It can works again . See video as below :
