Problem solve plan: TS-A25 Canvas machine
If one side hand don't risen up , will need to adjust that side cylinder air tube pressure near gear .
Here 2 side cylinder to control hand rise . It has 2 tube air lock ,adjust there then can open or close the hand .

If the hand don't move one side ,don't close the canvas, it will need that side bottom cylinder air tube lock . to adjust the air pressure go into it .
