how to make TS-J39 PQJ automatic picture frame cutting machine cut better for mouldings ?

Sometimes PS moulding burned When  TS-J39 PQJ automatic picture frame cutting machine cutting it . Picture as below .

And MDF can't cut  well , sometime motor stop cutting . 

Then we need to adjust machine : 

PS moulding need slow saw blade running +fast table moving ;

MDF ,aluminun,hardwood need high speed saw running + slow table moving.

Then we need check below issues:

Q1. Did saw blade cut many pcs moulding ?

A1 :If so , change new saw blade to check if it can cut well or not . 

If density more and moulding big size, try to use 3mm saw blade to cut to keep saw blade more strong.

Q2: Did saw blade running speed correct ?

A2: Turn the saw speed into slow one if you cut ps moulding or some plastic  .

If you cut the hardwood ,MDF moulding , aluminum profile, please make sawbalde running in high spees   . to adjust the button to left !

Q3: Did table moving speed faster or not ?

A3: Do it as below pic or video . To adjust the both side button longer to let more air go into clinyder , then table will move faster . To adjust it in good position as you need .

If you cut the hardwood ,MDF moulding , aluminum profile, please make table moving slowly . to adjust the button shorter.
